Extremely Unprofessional, rude and horrible service. Came and left in literally 10 mins. I was happy thinking wow I finally found a dependable and fast lawn mowing service providers. But boy was I in for a surprise. Went to look and found patches of uncut grass and a half completed service. Did not edge at all. When I reported it through the app, they texted me and lets just say were extremely rude because I called them out on their half done job. Instead of trying to understand and acknowledge their mistake they started calling me a criminal….for what I don’t understand. Don’t demand compensation for an incomplete service. I would have still paid but after their horrible customer service, they don’t deserve it.
