Extremely Unprofessional, rude and horrible service. Came and left in literally 10 mins. I was happy thinking wow I finally found a dependable and fast lawn mowing service providers. But boy was I in for a surprise. Went to look and found patches of uncut grass and a half completed service. Did not edge at all. When I reported it through the app, they texted me and lets just say were extremely rude because I called them out on their half done job. Instead of trying to understand and acknowledge their mistake they started calling me a criminal….for what I don’t understand. Don’t demand compensation for an incomplete service. I would have still paid but after their horrible customer service, they don’t deserve it.

Lawn isn't very big but grows quickly. Fenced in back yard. One tree in the back yard that i want to keep. Weeds will grow up along fence so I'd like help keeping that under control as well if possible (I just used a weed whacker for the most part).
