We have a very small side yard inside our front gate.

This is a small yard but hasn't been touched all winter. It needs a good solid clean up. Just the backyard. The front gets taken care of by the HOA.

The back yard has a lock but the key is always in it. Please make sure that our pets are not out before you start working so that you do not let them out of the yard. (we will bring them back inside.) there is always someone home. Do not charge me until after the work is done.

I’d like someone to manually remove visible weeds (flowerbeds, fence lines, edges), and I’m open to using spray treatments or fertilizer to kill weeds and help grass growth.

Please cut the front, back and sides.

I am just wanting the front lawn mowed - not the back yard, and it is fairly small. We would love to have it mowed weekly. :) we will also want to have the shrubbery trimmed/pruned weekly as well. thank you so much. :)

Actual grass lawn is minimal, large amount of yard is landscaped with plants and shrubs

I have a pool behind the house so I would want grass clippings that get into the pool blown out as much as possible. I also would like the lawn periodically fertilized and treated for weeds.

Just need the basic to keep the city happy.
