Back lawn is up two steps and through a small gate- my regular mower fits but I am not sure you could get a riding mower through. The dog goes outside but will not be outside for cutting. Not sure if that matters for this.

Yard is on a hill and has several trees and a few roots that protrude out of the ground. The yard does not have any access for a riding mower. The back yard has an old fence around it to mark my yard. Typically takes me 30-45 minutes to mow.

This is an urban home. The front yard is very small. The driveway is the old 2 concrete runner type and needs to be weed wacked. The back yard is also small with no obstacles. There is a fence but the wind knocked down the gate and it isn't up yet.

Gates are between 36-48". We have a steep slope right against the house otherwise the yard has a pretty even grade to it, and the backyard goes up along the house on the right side. Also need the frontyard trimmed. Grass is currently pretty overgrown in the back (and I'm bad with height estimates).
