The communication to get this appointment completed was already unwelcoming . The prices quoted was never an issue , but the backyard was not the best . I watch you just drive in circles and all over the place so it doesn’t have that clean neat cut . This has nothing to do with the high patches. You didn’t take pictures of the back when you completed the cut just the front from a far . This was definitely not a $95 cut .

Thanks you and the wife for deceiving me. I specifically recommended a provider who had the right equipment to get thru your back gate. I have a 54inch mover and you said your gate was 42inch. Mr Gerald Sims and the wife requested front yard services and were interested in establishing a personal service agreement and I refused.
