This Pro Story
Our family moved to SWFL in 2016 from Cincinnati after I took an early retirement from the US Postal Service. My mother has lived on Pine Island for 20 years or so. I took on handyman projects to supplement my income. Once my son turned 18, he decided to take a more serious approach to lawn care. He incorporated, got licensed and insured, he obtained permission to perform business activity in the Cape Coral city limits. He purchased a truck, a trailer, 2 commercial mowers and all the additional power equipment needed to do the work professionally. From that point we started working together to earn clients and build a business from the ground up. Our plan is to not grow too large. I see many people in this business that take on way too many clients and quality often suffers. Our goal is to provide quality customer service at a reasonable cost and stay client focused. We look forward to working with you. Thanks for your consideration.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
We moved to FL in 2016 from the Cincinnati area. We did a little lawn care "on the side" here and there. When my son turned 18 in 2017, he decided to make this a career path. We are working together to gain clients and grow the business.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
As a father and son we are the employees. We aren't fly by night, we also are not some huge corporation, we won't be sending day laborers to your home to provide services, we will be personally servicing your property. We take the business of customer service very seriously.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
The best advice I can give a homeowner is to hire a lawn care provider for ongoing service. Service providers can give nice price breaks for recurring customers as they are added to our scheduled routes. Whereas one time cuts often have to be squeezed in, or added to the end of our daily route which often is very inefficient, resulting in a higher per cut charge.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Lawn Care is fun for me. The instant gratification we get when making a lawn look good is very motivating.
What areas do you mainly service?
We primarily service Cape Coral, Pine Island, and N. Ft. Myers
