Back yard is fenced in, but the gate is unlocked. We are renting this house and will not be able to move in until the end of May, but someone local can meet in person as needed.

Mow 15 feet behind fence and half the side street
Weed eating, trimming, and edging to the house. Aerating (seasonal), re-seeding (seasonal), and blowing off clippings. Bush trimmings as well (once every 2 months).

The house is on a hill and has a few trees. Would also like the bushes around the house trimmed

Nothing major. Just make sure there aren’t any weeds on the cracks of the concrete.
