Most of the backyard is pool and patio...except for a small strip of grass...need someone who takes care not to break sprinkler heads and trims around each so they are unobstructed...would like a regular schedule of every other Thursday or Friday.

Mow Front and Back area outside of the gate. Do not mow any new sod laid down inside gate area or pool.

I have two indoor dogs. They are protective and provider needs to be aware they will be barking at windows. Provider needs to close rolling driveway gate prior to leaving

I have a Clusia hedge going around the property and my last lawn service kept killing the hedge plants with their weed wacker. It’s very important to me that you don’t hit the base of the clusia hedge with a weed wacker.
