2 acre property

Gate to backyard is on the west side of the house.

Small drive and fence to the backyard lawn.

We have 2 small dogs but they are inside. We recently moved here and as far as we know the grass (weeds mainly) have not been mowed. I do want to make sure the grass is caught and bagged. Do I need to supply lawn bags?

Just the front mowed

Just front and side yard. My lawn mower got stolen and I haven't been able to get a new one. I should only need it this one time due to the lateness of the season.

Not the woods in the back. I need edging. There is a well and septic system but nothing crazy.

My back yard does still have quite a few tree branches from the recent snow storm, mainly between two sheds directly beneath a large pecan tree. I'm willing to pay extra to have these either mulched or removed, whichever is easier and more cost effective.

Side gate, I need planters cleaned, rose bushes cut back

There is a back gate that gets very stuck. It opens outward (towards yourself) but has to be pulled hard.

Big enough gates on either side of the property to get in any sized equipment.

Backyard just needs to be mowed, no concerns about how it looks because we have dogs. Front yard I would love to have it looking nice and need help with weeds.

Please do not mow up against the front of the house where the flowers are.
