I have been off and on for about 10 years, but what inspired me to do this full time is venturing into the corporate world. I have been a restaurant and grocery store manager and their beliefs and values do not coincide with how I believe people should be treated. To me a customer is more than just a number or a dollar sign. I am in the business full time to hopefully try and change the way many people view businesses like mine who don't take care of their customers the way they should.

My biggest belief is in taking care of my customers like they are family. If they are not satisfied I will do whatever is necessary to ensure that I make it right. You won't see me in and out of any property, no matter how small, in 15 minutes. I make sure the little things get done right the first time, and I enjoy taking time to talk to my customers if they desire and actually listen to them.

That is difficult. A lot of people will say anything to get your business. They may even do a good job a couple of times. One of the issues with this business are fly by night operations that are just trying to make a quick buck. Most important to me is my relationship with my clients. If you hire someone that can't take the time to talk to you and is just wanting to rush to the next job, I would say that's a red flag in my book.

The freedom it provides as well as working outdoors. I also love meeting new potential clients and helping them in some small way to make their lives a little easier.
