Lehder has grown his customer base to over 50 recurring homeowners and has several commercial properties including gas stations, office, and medical buildings.
Ryan has learned that doing good work and being consistent are the keys to growing any business. "Anyone can do a good job the first time and then earn the business based on that first audition, but not many vendors keep that great service consistently over the season," Lehder explains. "We try to outdo ourselves on each property every time we mow it. I am very meticulous when it comes to our work."

When Ryan is not out keeping his customers happy, he loves spending time with his family and friends. "My family and friends have always been my biggest advocates and biggest fans," Lehder explains. "Without them, who knows what I would be doing."
