Normal sized in wooden privacy fence. There is currently a small sinkhole and dip in the backyard near the fence. There is a metal plant holder with a bag ontop so it is visible. If you are not comfortable mowing around the hole, feel free to leave that area alone and I can handle it.

Fence to the back yard is locked and there is a key on site. Also the lawn is overgrown so the first mowing will require more than a push mower. We have sprinklers too so special care will need to be taken not to damage the sprinklers.
