Yard looks amazing. Wasn't in the best condition to start with and weather wasn't ideal but came out better than expected. Johnny came when he said he would and knocked it out quickly.

I will be home so please call me first at 832-571-6394. The back gate can be tricky to open!
We do not own the lawn, and it does not grow as much in some places. We would like to get rid of the weeds and knock down the grass. We would be interested in continuing the service, but it doesn’t grow fast for a repeating 2 week mow.
Have a dog but will be inside during business hours. There is dog poop in the yard. If you can quote that as well. If not, I will pick it up before the yard is done.

right now the law just needs a bit mowing and trimming ..... so, once every other week should suffice.....and really is just the front yard..... back there is no grass. I will need some shrubs and landscaping done soon.
6' fence around back yard, back gate has a bolt lock and hook lock. Bolt lock will be open but the hook lock will be engaged. Lift hook to enter back yard. Dogs will be inside home on lawn service days.
Need initial lawn service ASAP to get HOA off my back, but for ongoing services I am more flexible in which day of the week it happens on.
