Yard is overgrown, especially the back 10 inches. 1st mow to knock everything down and basic trim.

Only need front yard mowed and edged. It is about 1,000 square feet.

Just a small strip of grass on the west side of the building. There are plants, so care needs to be taken to NOT destroy them. Possible weed eating.

We keep the gates locked.

3 trees in back, 2 in front, lots of shrubs in the front bed, 1 rose bush, 1 large rosemary in the back. Needs a full clean up and spring prep first time. Then move to more maintenance after.

The gate is 39” wide. On both sides of the house in the back yard and around the back patio, there’s crab grass (I think) that grows very quickly and holds in a lot of moisture. 1 tree in the front and Hot tub in the back.

1 acre fenced backyard

2 small indoor dogs but they can come out anytime. So please try to keep gate closed. I assume you weedeat and Clean debris from concrete.

Front and back yard needing done. Medium size yard. Double gate with section separating from and back yard

I have an average residential lot lawn. The gate to the back is currently unattached on 1 of the hinges, please be careful when handling the gate so as not to break it. The grass is currently long and I am aware that the first cut wont be the best.
