Our owner was mentored by a colleague that he respected in the industry and in then decided to open his own business. He actually loves to transform lawns with mulch, plants, and sod as well as maintaining manicured lawns with weekly maintenance.
Of course, we are running a professional business but we have never forgotten our principles : family comes first; leave every situation better than we found it; the world is generally a good place, so we should act accordingly; give more than we receive; if happiness is a choice, we choose to choose it. My best advice is to watch out for the fly by nights and low ballers. Our rates are affordable and if we lowered them much more it would hurt our production. We search for ways to keep our operating costs as low as possible so that we can pass our savings on to our customers.
