Fenced in yard, small front area, and larger back yard. We are a half lot (lot behind another home). The fence is unlocked on the right side of the house for easy access out back.

Several others have noted they can’t get their mowers (60” mowers ) through the gate so need someone with smaller available.

I just purchased this home and it is currently vacant. It needs a good spring cut. There is a natural tree line where no cutting will be needed but it is obvious where the grass is. Thanks!
