I'm so sorry about the b.s. scheduling issue. I have no control over the job being available in the app and apparently once it's rescheduled I can not even service the property. The next time you need it mowed, I will do it at no cost if you will allow me to. Again, I apologize for rescheduling you and i want to make it right.
