Tickling I've been doing landscaping ever since I was about 13 years old but it was landscaping & tree service business was actually got me into it and I was enjoying going all over the place and meeting different people and how nice custom is they come out and give you water and stuff like that I enjoy that type of stuff and that's make me want to help customers out more and more and over the years I spent a lot of my time working restaurants for 25 years and I've been doing lawn service about 10 to 25 years but I just really got into it about 2 years ago just start with a push mower and a weed eater and I just go with the neighbor's grass and told him like maybe 25 $30 then as I save the money up I went and bought me a ride lawn mower and and I was going around with a little trailer on how to have my push more on the back my weed eat and not just riding down the road to the house and cut grass cuz at the time I didn't have a truck I only had a car so I just did it the neighbors around my way so when the pandemic came around I got a government loan and I went out and purchase me a truck and a trailer and now I'm able to get around and trying to make some money so I can make make the money to pay for new equipment and stuff that I can get for my lawn service business.

My work is different from other lawn care service because I get the job done. Im going to do the job right and my prices are low and reasonable. I always try to see what the customer needs and what customers want they and how they want it done and my focus is on customers is right and also I'm up for suggestions if customers have any suggestions I'm always available for emergency cut if you need me to come right away I'm there if they need me to come out of my way for a family function or you something that need to be touch up & I will come do the job.

I have a good attitude show Customer you willing to work let them know that your prices are reasonable Customer always right. Always keep a smile on your face when greeting a customer don’t I will try to upsell customer anything unless they ask You to do something else always made them feel welcome actual present so that you always can go back and redeem the business of that customer and the customer can always feel free to other people that need a grass mall and cut me as the owner of Dockery landscaping oh sure you that you’re service with me will be great speak no less than perfect anything to Customer need me to do willing to do it is my second year trying out the GreenPal Pro app last year I will try it out it went pretty good I’ll quit me feel you I’ll getting all that fix this year so when I start more I can continue to get great service and meet my dealers old town net thank you have a blessed day

I like driving different places seeing different things meeting different people just enjoy interacting with the customers just so just have a pleasant or just cutting people grass weeding and it's like a hobby for me that's why I like doing also exercise for me but I love cutting grass and love doing weed eating a love putting out mulch for people of rocks where you want me to put down for them I mean I don't mind doing it that's why I love about the lawn care business you never know what you going to end up running into.

The areas that are mainly serve is rounding Leland Wilmington Southport areas also I do serve horry county Marion county Asheboro and other areas too it's all depends who wants the service how bad they want the grass cut and the price I do travel to cut grass also my prices again is my prices is super cheap and low but anything that I have to travel for then in 40 miles is just cost a little more but I also come there and do a good job it could be a one-time cut in I am in the business of helping people that's why I do that's why I love to do and try to be cheapest as possible again I serve the North and South Carolina areas meaning that I'm originally from South Carolina but I live in North Carolina if out of state I will serve where I'm at if they want a one time cut I can do that but I am expecting to do business into South Carolina but right now I'm trying to start small and try to maintain.
