Gate code is #1475
There is a gate that is always locked but I will unlock it. This time will be only the backyard because the front and side yard was mowed last Wednesday. I don't want clippings left on the lawn or blown in the flower beds.
Property is in a gated communal will share the details once finalizing the price.
Not sure if the gate will allow a riding mower in the back. The back is not very big.

We are getting ready to sell the house and need someone to mow ASAP. Seed was put down and it needs a mow. I would need to be able to pay someone via Zelle or Venmo. We do not live local. There is one person living in house right now.
