Yard is hilly, it also stays moist.Property markers are in the yard to mark boundaries.
The grass is pretty long right now, so i expect a higher charge for the first cut. The home is being renovated, so right now there is some construction debris on the grass next to the house. Please just do your best to trim around that until we get it removed in the next week or two.

The back yard is precedent. It's over 12". I would need front and back yard mowed. We do have a gate and dogs that go out back. I need to know when you intend on showing so I can ensure they're inside.
