Back yard has run off so it is a tad rutty but other than that make my lawn look as you would want yours to look if you were hiring someone to cut your grass

The grass is pretty long right now, so i expect a higher charge for the first cut. The home is being renovated, so right now there is some construction debris on the grass next to the house. Please just do your best to trim around that until we get it removed in the next week or two.
