Just the front grass no trimming of bushes

Front fence around the lawn and a 6’ gate to access the back. My wife is usually home during the week. Hoping to have some sprinkler work done after mowing.

Have small front grass area and 2 additional grass areas in the back yard. Once a lawn day is set then I’ll make sure gate for backyard is unlocked. I want a clean edge and clean up of grass runners. I’m looking for a long term service.

The front and back are dry, there are no sprinklers, Need the property edged and raked that's all. The landlord is being picky. I may Use you every other month depending on your Price. I'm very easy going don't expect perfection just look better.

Three small dogs friendly and usually outside for lawn service. Need to make sure gate stays closed. We have large sequoia trees which shed so need clean up of back patio and gutters. New sprinkler system just installed so needs maintenance.
