He canceled the day of saying that his truck suddenly broke and then refused to answer my texts. He then messaged me about two days later saying he didn’t know when he would have a truck again, so he was canceling the services. I’m sure he knew before that day that his truck was unavailable and it was very inconvenient to have your cutting service cancel last minute forcing me to hire someone else for twice the cost. Realistically, he legally would be responsible for the cost differential between the price he quoted and the price I had to end up paying. I would not recommend this company.
