I have been doing lawn care for 5 years and having a family owned business inspired me to get started.
When I’m at the job site, the job comes first and having a good understanding of what the customer expects is paramount for my business. Collecting feedback and using it to improve my customer satisfaction is what makes me stand out from my competitors.
My best advice for anybody looking for lawn care service is communicating with your lawn provider so they know your expectations and can meet or exceed them in the end.
Setting my own days to work and standing by the work I do for the customer is the most enjoyable part of this job.
Blue Springs, Grain Valley and Oak Grove on Mondays and Wednesdays. Independence, Lee Summit, and Raytown on Tuesday and Thursdays. Kansas City on Fridays. Overland Park and Olathe and all cities listed above on Saturday and Sundays.

I want grass cut as low as possible in most cases. I would like some edging/ trimming done at least monthly. The lot extends out from the fence to the road on back/side, and in front by shed (from fence) in a visual line from power line to the curb.
