I sincerely apologize that you feel this way. Furthermore, I am disappointed with this app due to the lack of communication and customer service. I recall sending a message in the notes on the app after the last time I mowed your lawn, explaining that the weather necessitated more frequent mowing than twice a month, as the grass had exceeded 15 inches in height for the past two services. Subsequently, I received an email canceling all future appointments. I completely understand your frustration and offer my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
