For 1st service, I also need weeding in a small area in front. Ongoing, I would like mowing/edging every other week in winter months then every week summer months. I would like a set price for that then as needed, pay extra for extra work to be negotiated

The chain fence just need to be pushed open. It is not actually locked. The dogs will be inside during the day.

There is a white pvc pipe sticking up on the side of the house. You can’t use a riding mower on the side of the house.

Please provide quality edge and weeding around the house. Also this is St. Augustine grass so please keep it 2.5" long

Need the beds in front weeded and mulched.

Front yard, side yard and back yard mowing. Please be careful of the sprinkler heads.there are many throughout the property. This is rivercrest hoa community. So they do not want the grass cut too low.

Back yard has a dip and for my mower it tends to want to stall. Also there is new sod in front and side that has never been moved. It was laid down 3 weeks ago.
