I have a fence and the gate will be unlocked. Ride on lawn mowers have always been able to get through the gate which is located to the right of the garage

Would need to get a day ahead to place dogs inside so they won't bother. Back patio has a gate, but it's not locked, it is a latch that can be open/closed in case you need access while we are not home.

Just bought the property, yard has not been maintained. Need lots and lots of saplings mowed down. I have several pipes running the yard, too (haven't figured out what they're for) so this may be more a weed whacked project.
