Hi, I’m Scott McCauley, founder of Turf MEDIC Lawn Care. I wear a few different hats – I’m a volunteer first responder in Franklin County, I work full-time at Carilion, and I run this lawn care business with the help and support of my amazing wife, Amanda.

Turf MEDIC began as a passion project — a way to serve our neighbors by helping them enjoy their outdoor spaces while supporting our family. It quickly became something more: a symbol of trust, reliability, and local service done right.

While I proudly serve our community as a first responder, work a full time job, and operate Turf MEDIC Lawn Care, none of it would be possible without the dedication and support of my wife, Amanda McCauley. Amanda works full-time for Kroger Corporate in their Pharmacy Division, where she plays an essential role in supporting health and wellness across countless communities.

Behind the scenes of our family and Turf MEDIC Lawn Care, Amanda is the foundation that keeps everything steady. From managing daily responsibilities to providing guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support, she is truly the backbone of both our marriage and this business.
