please cut all of the backyard. also the right side of the mailbox to the tree line is my yard.

Once per month pls. Long yard on side needs cut. Very weedy front garden needs weeds pulled, messy flower beds along the roadside need weeding and neatening.

There is a chain link fence. We are going to be moving to the house, so we don't have too many details about the yard

The yard is split between the front and back by a fence that runs parallel to the street. There’s a drainage ditch on either side of the driveway, requiring a weed eater. I haven’t used a lawn service before- happy to answer questions you might have.

No grass in back. Just in the front. Last guy disappeared on me which is why the grass is so tall.
