Kept cancelling service but refused to respond to texts. So he never came out. I had to hire a new service who charged a tall grass fee. The lack of communication really made the situation far worse than it needed to be. He could have let me know he didn’t want to do the yard so that I could move on and avoid the trouble. Terrible business practices.
