Should be pretty straight forward. Push mow and weed wack front/back/side. In the past, I have usually mowed the 5ft by 40 ft strip of grass between my property and the neighbors. I would like that done as well.

Ivy on either side of driveway needs trimming. Whole yard, front & back will need edging on both sides of backyard fence. There is a large steep hill in the front yard and our property is a double-plot.

With all the rain grass has gotten away from me. There are a couple spots where it's over 6 inches, but after the initial cutting im looking to do some landscaping that gets rid of some of the grass.

Fence gate size 10' double and 6' single. Dog is more of an indoor dog, but a call prior to arrival will ensure she'll be inside when you arrive.

There is a fence to the back yard. Just a basic latch to let you in. If you can't park in the street, the church parking lot next door is fine. You may park in the attached garage if needed (enter through ally by church. Thanks for your time!

The front lawn is a hill. You can get to the back yard by going around the house, following the concrete path, through the gate
