Called me in a panic 2 days after the service was scheduled, asking me to pay him directly because he was locked out of his account. Or meet him at the property and pay in cash since he hadn’t actually done the work yet. Also said that I needed to cancel so it didn’t affect his account, even though he was the one who couldn’t do the service. Super unprofessional. Will not use again

Call before coming so we can have dogs inside
Just mowing to 1.5 Inch, edges trimmed and blowing of loose grass. Make sure no cut grass left on neighbor's lawn or garden to the left. Make sure not to cut new growing plants in the front and don't cut the green and white vine in the back of house between rotting wood.
