The service on May 28 was fine but on the follow-up date, June 9, the service was supposed to be here by 3 pm. They were a no show and on the follow-up call Clarissa advised me they were tied up doing other jobs. When I inquired why there was no call to let me know she did not have an acceptable response. I advised her that I am terminating the service. The quality of the work was excellent; but, I need a higher level of reliablility. Thank you.
