I am a realtor and look for company to mow lawns in the area before we sell a home.

Looking for clean up of front/back yard and cleanup of beds in the front.

There are 2 normal size gates to the back of the house. We have an in ground pool, so trying to keep from blowibg the cuttings into it wpuld be appreciated. We have 2 flower beds in the front of the house that would need some TLC every now and then.

No equipment may ever pass onto back patio. On first mow, TV/internet cable from recent installation "inside the fence" may not be buried yet. Exercise caution please.

We just moved in and the previous owner did not take care of his grass. I am trying to get it to grow and be beautiful again. So I don't want it to short so we don't kill the process we are trying to make.

I only want to get my front yard mowed.

2 acres. Need mowing, weed eating, edging and pruning (only shrubs). Once a week in the spring and summer, twice a month in the winter. Initially we will need some more complex landscaping...but lets get a quote for maintenance first.

If service goes well the first time, I want every 2 week service on Fridays. I really believe that reliability is key for any service business. This is the issue I have had with previous providers, they show whenever they want and/or cancel without notice
