How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

I have been in the business professionally for five and half years, I grew up around big projects whether that was with the family or at eagle scout projects. A little back story is that when I was nine I begged my mom to let me start mowing, I knew If i could learn how to mow proficiently and with quality the neighbors would notice. By the age of 12 i had multiple weekly customers , started to do leaf cleanups, snow removal until I graduated high school. That's when I moved to doing commercial work, learning the ins and outs of being able to be a young stable business that can have a stable foundation to grow upon and have a lasting impression on the community. How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?

At McGinley Lawn the work speaks for itself, the equipment we use is top of the line, that is for a couple reasons, efficiency and longevity. Have you ever bought a knock off of something you knew wouldnt last? I think we all have. But the thing is, it may look amazing at first sight but with use comes defects. That is the case for others on projects, cutting corners and not providing a project they can stand behind 100%. At McGinley lawn we stand behind our work 100%. Alot of time, research and training has gone into being able to create long lasting products. FUN FACT: did you know adding landscaping features hold atleast 80% of there value and also can go well over 100%, that is added profits to your investment while you get to enjoy it day in and day out.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

My advice for others is don't go for the cheapest bid, that doesnt necessarily mean go for the highest either. What's your budget like? Everyone has a different budget for lawn maintenance. Do you like and enjoy helping small businesses grow to become something better? Customer service is a huge part of McGinley lawn and with that being said if you're looking for a new service provider talk to the employee in charge of quality assurance, with McGinley lawn that would be myself Mason McGinley. What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

When you find something that you are passionate about you strive for greatness in that area. For me it's lawn and landscaping. Its the ability to be able to work with wonderful clientele day in and day out whether that is designing a new landscaping concept or turning a unhealthy lawn into a very nutritiously stable yard.

What areas do you mainly service?

When it comes to servicing areas we try to stay within the Kansas city metropolitan areas, that is with mow of the mowing side. With a landscaping project those boundaries can be even pushed out even further allowing us to serve a greater number of communities in Missouri and Kansas.
