Rolando took his time responding, when he didn't ghost us. Didn't show up at all and only provided an explanation when I threatened to go with someone else. Finally, in a last-ditch effort, he mowed the wrong property and tried to say it was ours. Sadly he's the most communicative person I've dealt with on this site but still couldn't meet my needs. Won't hire again.
