Fence gate size is exactly 49 inches. Was working with another company who said they needed 49", but once they showed up they couldn't fit it. As a result the front yard was cut very recently, and the back is in bad shape.

Do not use google maps as a guide for lot outline. Looking at the picture the grass to cut is the area left of home to the home on the left. Lot also includes front and rear of home.
