It's with great sorrow that I have to write this poor review. Up until this point our service has been on par with the occasional late cutting which was understandable due to uncontrollable weather issues. However, two days after our latest scheduled cutting I received notice that our yard had been cut. When we got home, it had obviously not been touched. The picture that was uploaded as evidence of it being cut was the same picture as the previous week. I disputed the claim and then two days later reached out by text message to find out the status. I was told it was a simple error and they were on their way to fix it. Later, when I received the second notice that the yard was cut, I asked my husband who was home to look outside and check. When he looked, he found the front yard where they took their picture was cut, but only half of the back yard was cut leaving a large area of untouched, tall grass, which had always been cut on all the previous visits. We are going and buying a lawn mower today so we can finish mowing the yard and will no longer be needing or wanting this service.
