"Very disappointed with this service. The lawn was not mowed properly or left clean. The provider failed to collect any of the grass clippings and skipped trimming entirely, leaving my lawn completely messed up. I paid full price but did not receive a complete job. I do not want this provider back for any future schedules."

Unprofessional - accepted the job only to ask for $20 more if I wanted the service that day. Felt very bait and switch. Once I declined he said he can do the rate we agreed to, but only if it's the day after. The next day comes and I don't hear back. If Nathaniel didn't want the job he should've communicated earlier so I could find someone else - instead of wasting our time accepting it only to not show up. Now we are rushing to find another person which is not ideal.
