Quote was low and expected vendor to call me once on site and up the amount of the job. Vendor instead did substandard job and left a lot of trash and areas of grass untrimmed or uncut. Once I was alerted the job was done, I went home to survey the work and was disappointed. Contacted Michael and sent photos, expecting him to respond with an amount to finish the work. He then sent a somewhat obtuse answer stating that I got the service I asked for. I responded with a thank you but I will be taking my money elsewhere. He sent a response saying his response was short due to him being out in cold weather with snow flurries, and then said "I was getting to that but that’s ok have a great one" I then asked how much more would it be for him to go back and do the rest of the work, however, he never responded.
