Gate on west side of house is approximately 6 feet wide. I have small dogs and need to close the doggy door to keep them inside while you mow. I would like front and back yard mowed please.

Don't cut small flowers.

Don’t disturb the blackberry bushes on the north fence please. Please also get the area inside the chain link fence in the backyard and make sure all gates are very securely closed back. Prefer afternoon or evening mowings if possible.

Chain link fence, standard gate size

Riding mower will fit thru gate but may not fit down small strip on east side of house. Large tree in back yard leaves about a quarter of back yard with little grass.

I would my lawn to b mowed every three weeks for the first few times. I would to see how it goes then I will let you know after that.

Backyard can be accessed by gate on the left side of the house. Gate is not locked.

The backyard still has a lot of branches. I would be interested in a quote for removal/backyard clean up.

Side gate is roughly 3’5”-4’ wide.

Gate to the back yard is about 45” wide.

I like my yd cut short and clippings bagged if necessary. Porch and patio surface blown off.

I just need them to be dependable. If they come and my dog is in the back yard they should let me know they've arrived- I will bring her in. She will only be outside when someone is home. Please blow grass off the patio and close the gates before you leav

There is not a ton of lawn as there is a large slab of concrete in the back.

No Fence. ~5000 sq feet of yard. Freshly laid sod. Listed that I just want it knocked down every 2 weeks. Would also like to entertain more often and/or neater work prices. Not quite sure what I want to spend on it yet.
