There is a large area behind the house that will not need to be mowed or anything touched. There is a lot next door to the home (if looking at home from Chicamaunga Trail Road, the lot is on the left. The address is Mohican but it is both lots.

a significant portion of the back yard is leaves. They need mulched, but otherwise, I'm trying to convince that area to run wild and grow. I have mostly clover for my lawn. I don't want sod. The trees would kill the sod. But it does mean my yard is weedy

Fence is locked. My schedule changes so if I know time they arrive it will be unlocked. They will need to lock it when they leave. Gate is difficult to open. Yard is 1/4 acre I believe.

No fences or gates. Just a clean cut wanted in front and back about every 2-3 weeks as needed during the lawn season. Please call or text with quotes as I am managing this property from out of town. Thanks!

small lot also needs trimming of weeds near road and rock areas

I would like the front and back lawn to be mowed, and the edges along the pavement/around the flower beds to be edged as well.

Current service does not edge around fence and house, blow off rear patio, and skips half of the right side of front yard. Thats why I want a new service.
