After getting our initial quote on Friday, we're still waiting. I got one confirmation email saying we were on schedule for the weekend. I reached out via text for confirmation, never received a response. I then received an email saying our service would be moved to Monday. I then sent another text to let them know that we work and wouldn't be home until 5. As is on our details, we have to be home for service. It's now almost 7:30 and we have had zero contact, so we're canceling, we'll just pay to get our mower fixed, less grief. I understand being booked, something happening, life happens, we get it. But COMMUNICATE and all is well.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I started working for a friend 12 years ago mowing lawns and I perfected my skills and went on work for 2 major commercial landscaping companies in Baton Rouge,La the past 5 years. I love what I do put care and quality into any lawn I'm blessed to do. I recently began to work for myself, so my business is new but my quality skills of lawn care and landscaping are extensive and professional. Please don't look at the age of my company be scared to give me a chance because it doesn't speak for my experience and qualification to get the job done.
