He has not been to our house to mow in more than 6 weeks. Our lawn is so long now I doubt his mower can handle it. We have also been charged twice in the last 6 weeks without any lawn services being completed. (9/9 & 9/25).

Rather disappointing. Previously, if the appointment was going to change, he'd send a text in advance and I've been rather accommodating with changes. However, this time he was a week late without any notification or reason. Since I have a biweekly appointment scheduled, this also impacts activities and budgeting. In addition, there were large patches that were not mowed and yet charged more than the previously agreed upon price which was $36 for front and $24 back = $60... without weed whipping/edge trimming, I'm already paying for more than I'm getting. Any bit more is insulting.
