Going into the second year of service. I spent most of my life working in IT with strict guidelines and demands on a daily basis. Mowing started as a part time scenario for me but has proven to be more enjoyable than any IT position I have held. This helps me strive to do the best job possible with integrity and attention to detail.
I like to adhere to schedules and meet those goals. If I confirm I will be there at a certain time then I do everything I can to do just that. I have found as I progress that I like to treat my customers properties exactly as I would my own.
In my second year of servicing lawns I have more flexibility in schedules and I also have a great selection of very quality lawn care tools. Growing what I have done over time has allowed me the opportunity to choose the best items as they are needed rather than trying to make rapid decisions in picking items of lesser quality. I am mostly electric however I do use a gas zero turn mower simply because battery zero turns do not have the ability to extend runtime sufficiently at this stage.
The freedom to set my own goals and be creative in coming up with solutions to various problems. I also appreciate the vast amount of learning opportunities available when presented with questions. I may not know all the answers but I am fairly good at research.
