It's a one and a half acre lot..the very back past the water tower is in the process of revegetation due to sixty five years of mowing damage. Parts of the side near the fig bush are also going through revegetation. Just do where the yard was cut before

There is a side gate to get into the back yard. One first visit please clean any branches or leaves and then we can maintain.

Prefer push mower instead of riding mowers. There are 2 areas that are fenced in. Would like a set monthly plan so that there are more frequent visits during the growing months and little or no visits during winter with monthly pricing/ annual agreement
