This is what I received two after they said they would come… Dear Valued Customer, we want you to know that we have truly appreciated your business support since the inception of our working relationship. Though there has been some challenging times, you fought through the muddy waters with us and we would like to thank you for your unwavering strength. Recently the company suffered the loss of our main vehicle and that has dampened our ability to operate. Many of our best attempts have been made on our part to maintain our service schedule but it has not been without difficulty, both physically and financially. It is with great displeasure that I must inform you that due to further and sudden unforeseen circumstances,we will no longer be able to complete any residential lawn services. All current and future scheduled appointments have been or will be canceled immediately effective today April 14,****. Our most sincere apologies to you and your household for any inconvenience stemming from the termination of our services but unfortunately the situation is beyond our control. It is our dearest wish that you find an adequate service provider in our absence from availability. Once again, a million times “Thank You!!!”, for granting us the honor and the privilege of servicing your lawn during our initial stages of business. The experience and exposure gained is priceless. Smart Scapes USA, LLC is a family operated company with over 25 years of experience combined. We offer a range of services including lawn care, tree trimming, garden pruning, landscape design installation, property preservation, debris removal and lawn aeration to name a few. We aim to satisfy on every project and make our clients landscape dreams a reality!!
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I Andre, have about 12 years of personal experience out in the fields. I grew up watching my uncles cut grass with a Machete and a stick back in the Caribbean! Lol. Mostly though, I admired their passion for plants and gardens. As a teen I soon discovered the joys of tending to nature myself. Ever since I have made it a duty of mine to learn all I can about yard and lawn care!
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Smart Scapes USA, LLC stands out from the rest because first of all, we do this for the love of what we do not just the money. Then, we seriously aim to provide the best service possible in all circumstances, to make sure we meet our clients needs.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
I would advise that you know what you want and need done before contacting a provider and trust that the team you hire will bring your vision to life, even if it's just a regular plain old grass cut!
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I like most that this industry is full of opportunities to grow and it is very welcoming to new or aspiring entrepreneurs wanting to build a solid generational business.
What areas do you mainly service?
We are in the process of expanding and plan to continue servicing within a 25-50 mile radius of Cutler Bay, FL. Mainly we currently service from Hialeah to Florida City.
