First and foremost, Are they dependable? Most people go into landscaping not realizing temperatures will reach 101-103, or feels like 114. And,Yes you still have to go to work. Also, Make sure they are a good fit. Are they respectful of your property, do they make sure gates are locked afterwards. So pets don't get out. Do they ask questions? Bonded, licensed, insured? Ask to see a portfolio. If you don't like them by your 3rd or 4th appointment..... It's time for someone new. Do you feel value for your hard earned money? If you answered no to any of these questions. Then trust your instincts. Then Time for a new Lawn Care provider.
