I have been doing landscaping for 12 years. I had retired from the Military after 22 years and 5 months. I didn't want to always punch someone else clock. I had missed all of my kids high school graduation. So, with this business I could spend more time with family.

When, I first meet with pertential client for the time. I request a walk through of the property with the client. I listen to everything they have to say, then I ask them about certain things that they might have missed or didn't think of asking. I take before pictures of every part of the property from flower beds to curving. If they cannot do the walk though with me I will call them as I am walking the property for estimate. I want everything clarified before starting the job. My company takes pride in its work. We pay close attention to detail. When my company leaves a property we make sure the client is happy with our work. We are very respectful to our clients. We address them as "sir or mam" know matter what there age is. I give properties curve appeal.

Make sure the landscape company work on your property for quality work & not time. The company workers should be approachable when your asking questions about the yard work being done. How would they like to get paid, cash app, zelle, check or cash. Because some clients be at work, out of town when work is being done. How do you want to be let into the gate if you usually lock it.

The smiles that be on my client's faces when they see the finished priject. Also, that sometimes, I even pick up other clients from the work that they see me doing.
