I hired Dorian from D and D Landscaping a couple of weeks ago to cut my lawn. He charged me the full thirty five dollars but only cut the front yard. The backyard was not touched. When I reached out, he assured me he would make it right on the next visit and take care of both the front and the back. He also asked me to give him a good review, and I did that in good faith because I believed his word. A few days ago I texted him again. He told me he would be out this week to handle everything. Then he called and said he could not make it due to car trouble but promised he would be here today, Saturday November 22, ****. I am typing this at 7:16 pm in the evening. He never showed up. Not only did he fail to show up, but thirty five dollars was taken from my account today through GreenPal for services that were not performed. That is not a mistake. That is fraud. I have pictures of my yard to prove nothing was done. I have screenshots of my bank account showing the charge. I will be filing a police report because payment was taken with zero services rendered. I demand a full refund, and I expect it to come back to my account as fast as it was taken out. A business is supposed to honor its customers. A man is supposed to honor his word. Neither D and D Landscaping nor GreenPal honored anything. I would never recommend GreenPal, and I will never recommend D and D Landscaping to anyone. This entire experience has been unacceptable and unprofessional.

I could not be more impressed with D&D Landscaping. Dorian did a fantastic job cutting my grass today the lawn looks absolutely perfect, neat, and well-manicured. What stood out most was the professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. When the weather looked uncertain, I received timely updates and calls from Dorian keeping me informed about when to expect service. That level of consideration is rare these days. He took his time, handled every detail with care, and even blew away all the loose grass and leaves to leave everything spotless. My yard has never looked better. D&D Landscaping has truly earned my trust and my highest recommendation.
