Jaylyns’ cowboy kutz is totally unprofessional. He canceled twice on the day of scheduled service. He tried the old “bait and switch” to win the bid then wanted more money. When he cancelled our remaining services he said it was because the client requested preferences that changed his mowing rates. The only requests we made were to clean the cut grass off of the ledge of the fence that his mower left, trim the fence line and around the patio and to raise his lawn mower to the highest level instead of cutting our new grass so low. Aren’t those things standard with a mow?

I really like him. Very good man and the lawn was pretty grown. I would have liked for the grass in the ditch to be weed eaten more. Maybe I didn’t communicate that well. The leaves were still on the ramp but communication again. He was a very nice man and the lawn looks great otherwise. I really liked him either way. Maybe next time we can weed eat the ditch all the way.

10 years now. We love working with our hands and helping families come home to a well manicured yard. Some of my favorite things to do when I'm not working are talking with my wife, spending time with my family, and reading.

I need the front hedges trimmed down and not extending into the wheelchair ramp. I had a great lawn guy but he moved. I am used to having a nice yard.
